Cannot install using apt . Size mismatch in u1404 repos

I cannot install keepass2 via apt in Linux Mint 17.3 from using repo.

The error message is:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/jtaylor/keepass/ubuntu/pool/main/k/keepass2/keepass2_2.34+dfsg-1~ubuntu14.04~ppa1_all.deb Size mismatch

Following http://ppa.launchpad.net/jtaylor/keepass/ubuntu/pool/main/k/keepass2/keepass2_2.34+dfsg-1~ubuntu14.04~ppa1_all.deb in a browser shows that the package cannot be served from launchpad due to a virus scan alert.

This seems related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/keepass2/+bug/1602645 but I choose a separate bug since this is about installing.
Maybe 2.34 should be removed from repos since it will not install as currently provided?
