I have this problem on KeePass2 2.25 in UbuntuStudio 14.04 and Desktop 14.04. The problem arises in password generator when I want to create a Custom Profile and/or generate a password using a character set.

It appears unable to get focus into the 'length of generated password' field .. But in fact, focus is obtained. It is just that the first three digits entered are not visible - they are hidden behind the spin buttons.

 - Put the focus into this field
- hit delete several times to be sure the field is empty
- type in a single digit (say 3)
- click the preview tab and see a whole list of passwords of length 3

Repeat with any value you care - if you type 1111, only the fourth digit will be visible but the preview will show loads of passwords with 1111 characters each.
