Lokalize reverts back 'Target language' for just created translation memory

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdesdk
1. Open 'Applications > Programming > Lokalize'
2. In 'Tools' submenu, choose 'Manage translation memories'
3. In 'Translation Memories' dialog, choose 'Create' to add new translation memory
4. Choose necessary values for your translation memory and choose 'Target language' - for example, Latvian. You can change 'Source language' too
5. Press 'Ok' to accept it
6. Close 'Lokalize' and open it again
7. Open 'Tools > Manage translation memories' again
8. See that 'Source language' and 'Target language' is reverted back to default - American English
In result translation memory doesn't work.

Additional comment - it seems that translation memory reverts 'Target language' back to current project language.
