Bug Description
The icons-only task manager widget in plasma 5 (Kubuntu 16.04) has regressed in several aspects with respect to the version in 14.04.
Icons are now tiny compared with the "quick launcher" widget. Rectangles around the icons take space and are not useful because they do not give any information about the minimized state of the application. There is now no indicator that a single icon represents multiple windows. Windows asking for attention do not flash/highlight anymore.
