qyoto crashes with multiple threads

Bug Description

1. Description: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
    Release: 10.04
2. libqyoto4.5-cil:
    Installed: 4:4.4.2-0ubuntu2

When using qyoto in a multi threaded application it crashes at random times. This bug has already been fixed upstream:

replace GCHandle.Free() calls with GCHandle.SynchronizedFree() (our own synchronized extension method). Fixes crashes with multithreading involved.
