Bug Description
Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings
This happens in Hardy pre-RC "Kubuntu Desktop i386 (20080417.1)"
When I go into Monitor & Display settings the window has just the right size to show everything without scrollbars.
After entering Administrator mode the window gets the red rectangle around settings area, and the whole layout is too big for current window size, so both the scrollbars are introduced.
I expect the original window size to be big enough to work without scrollbars even after entering Administrator mode.

This is still an issue with the KDE4 kcm module in Intrepid.
