Bug Description
I am printing to a windows printer with spaces in the URL. When I go into the System Settings - Printer Configuration - New Printer - Windows Printer via SAMBA it blocks the % (percent character) which is required to put spaces as %20. Additionally some printers have other special characters in the name which require escaping.
The workaround is to go to New Printer - Other and enter the device URI as smb://PrinterSe

Bug is still present in kubuntu 12.04.1 with current updates installed.
Only the '20' denotes the space character.
Workaround: just add % before the 20's
(xubuntu adds samba printers properly though)
