kazam does not keep setting of output file location between sessions

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Open kazam
2. Click on File -> Preferences -> Directory:, you'll see the default location ~/Videos
3. Choose any other directory
4. Close kazam
5. Open it again and see how the default directory is again ~/Videos

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu

I confirm this issue. The settings of the screenshot directory are saved correctly. The settings of the screencast directory is not saved.
It's really uncomfortable.
