khelpcenter sshould be dependency of kaffeine

khelpcenter should be dependency of kaffeine
The website http://kaffeine.kde.org/ does not carry a copy of the handbook, but rather refers to the help page.
On a plain install in lucid, khelpcenter is (fortunately) not installed by default.
what is even worse is that after installing khelpcenter displays the message:
    The file or folder help:/kaffeine/index.html does not exist

but no handbook is shown

As the website does not carry a handbook, a good handbook installation is essential.
