k3b can't burn files with encoding problems

When I try to burn the file in k3b, it complains that it can't handle the file, because the name contains encodings it doesn't understand. It really should just ignore the name in this case, and rename it if necessary.

Further, after this happens, k3b crashes, and k3b won't start again until the computer is restarted (if you try, it just hangs).
