Bug Description

iwyu depends on clang-13 for no reason, forcing me to install the clang-13 development stuff only for iwyu. Instead, it should depend on clang-14, as that is the default clang version for jammy.

It looks like this got updated with the 8.18-1 and 8.18-2 (to force clang-14) releases on Debian.

I wonder how Ubuntu ended up with an internally consistent snapshot? with iwyu linked against clang-13 but the distro defaulting to clang-14?

Would it be possible just to update to track the 8.18 release of iwyu?
