Bug Description

Im trying to use iw to create a WDS AP on Natty.

The verison of iw in Natty ( 0.9.19 ) doesnt have the 'set-peer' command implemented.

It was originally patched here: http://git.sipsolutions.net/?p=iw.git;a=commitdiff;h=88c06599f59cc1c7034f4b03fcc96c676bb2a774

And included in iw 0.9.22 http://git.sipsolutions.net/?p=iw.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/tags/v0.9.22

Is there any way we can get this functionality into Natty or Precise?
