Bug Description
To report this bug, I have downgraded to 3.20210216.
After upgrading to latest security update of intel-microcode, my wifi reception is cut every second and restart with:
juin 10 09:32:55 casanier wpa_supplicant[
juin 10 09:32:55 casanier wpa_supplicant[
juin 10 09:32:56 casanier kernel: iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: Microcode SW error detected. Restarting 0x2000000.
juin 10 09:32:56 casanier kernel: iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: Start IWL Error Log Dump:
juin 10 09:32:56 casanier kernel: iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: Status: 0x00000040, count: 6
The network connection is thus unusable. Downgrading will stop showing the previous error in the journal.
I have attached the whole log corresponding to this error. It’s restarting every second approximately.
