Bug Description
Debian's installation-guide has been translated to 18 languages but Ubuntu do not use them.
This guide contains interesting information for all types of users.

Thanks for your bug.
Only English is included in the website due to the fact that it was included at the last minute and we did not have time to implement translations of that document.
We are considering whether to drop translations completely on help.ubuntu.com for the next release (because in Ubuntu translated websites are generally dealt with by the local teams), so for now I will close this bug.
As far as I know, the package installation-guide contains all the relevant translations. If they are missing for you, please open a bug on the installation-guide package.
