When opening docks through the HUD, mouse gets stuck if any object is selected

Bug Description
Accidentally came across this, I reproduced it many times with different docks, and it happens every time. Ubuntu 16.04 and Inkscape .91
Launch Inkscape
Create an object and have it selected
Use the HUD to bring up Align and distribute or Filter editor
Mouse gets stuck and cannot be released except by killing the Inkscape process.
Terminal output is completely empty.
