[RU] indicator-weather "Forecast..." menu item is not translated into Russian

Bug Description
The "Forecast..." menu item of indicator-weather is not translated into Russian. It has proper translation on Launchpad, but that translation did not propogate into the actual application.
Then, when picking up forecast for Moscow, Russia, I get an error message: "Unknown error occured while picking up weather data"
There seems to be no way to translate that message using launchpad and other translation tools commonly used on Python applications.
