Bug Description
Guests accounts are dangerous for production boxes and to make removing them easier, you should have a checkbox on the right-click of the applet that allows me to uncheck them. Maybe a warning then remove it. We can bring it back if we need in CLI... but should not have to remove it there. :D

First, guest accounts aren't a security vulnerability by themselves. They can only be created by users who already have access to the system. So there are no new vulnerabilities than already are there.
Second, the indicator system does not use right click so that's not available as a configuration option.
So I'm putting this bug on to indicator-session as a wishlist to have an easier way to disable the guest account menu item. Though, that won't disable the feature completely as it would still be available on the command line.
