This appears to be important because we can no longer use policykit do disable suspend. At present there is no easy way to disable suspending on systems where users should not suspend, or where suspend does not work.
In addition, the close proximity of `suspend', `log-out', and `shutdown' items may lead to an unwanted suspend in those systems. |

This appears to be important because we can no longer use policykit to disable suspend. After disabling suspend via initd (bug #1300460) there still is a `suspend' menuitem. This may be confusing.
In addition, the close proximity of `suspend', `log-out', and `shutdown' items may lead to an unwanted suspend in systems where this does not work as expected, or where a user should not suspend. |
