Power indicator currently showing 70%, however, battery is fully charged and running on AC power.

This might be a duplicate of bug 1473428. Unfortunately neither report contains steps to reproduce the problem.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Every time battery is charged to 100% the indicator shows 70%.
Once power cable is unplugged the correct percentage appears.
