system-settings auto-bright checkbox doesn't toggle indicator checkbox

Bug Description
The indicator-power silo which just got approved for RTM doesn't fully sync with ubuntu-
It works the other way around, indicator to system-settings. And the brightness sliders stay in sync. It's just the system-settings to indicator toggle which fails.
The new feature is approved anyway, since it's better than having no controls at all in the indicator, but the sync should probably be 2-way instead of just 1-way.
