Setting time manually doesn't work!

Bug Description

To reproduce:
1. Open Time & Date settings.
2. Set the time manually forward a few minutes.
3. Close the "Date & Time settings".

What will happen:
The computer time has not changed, remains the same as it was!

What should happen:
The computer time is change.
