Bug Description
When trying to run `update-ieee-data`:
# update-ieee-data
Updating /var/lib/
Checking permissions on /var/lib/
Downloading http://
wget -q -O- http://
It seems the url are simply wrong in the script. all the files are at http://
Just update the script with the correct url. Thanks
