Bug Description
In settings there is 'Chinese mode' with 5 options:
- Simplified Chinese,
- Traditional Chinese,
- Simplified Chinese before Traditional Chinese,
- Traditional Chinese before Simplified Chinese, and
- All Chinese characters
If traditional Chinese only mode is selected, some traditional characters common to both traditional and simplified Chinese cannot be entered.
eg. using CangJie5 and 'Traditional Chinese' only mode
- entering ‘RC’ (口金) only suggests 「叭」 and 「唫」. 「只」 is not available
- entering ‘EYG’ (水卜土) only suggests 「塰」. 「注」 is not available
In any other mode that include simplified Chinese characters, 只 and 注 are listed in suggestions as expected.
When using Quick5 and 'Traditional Chinese before Simplified Chinese' mode, simplified characters are outside of the 100 character suggestions limitation. Resulting in 「只」 and 「注」 not showing up in suggestions at all.
Ubuntu Gnome 15.04
ibus 1.5.9-1ubuntu3
ibus-table 1.9.1-3ubuntu1
ibus-table-cangjie3 1.8.2-1
ibus-table-cangjie5 1.8.2-1
ibus-table-quick3 1.8.2-1
ibus-table-quick5 1.8.2-1
P.S. cangjie code for 塰 should be 水十土 or 水卜十土, not 水卜土. But that's a completely unrelated issue.
Change from ibus-table-cangjie to ibus-table, as this also affects ibus-table-quick.
