Bug Description
Hi,
after installing 14.04 LTS pre-release, ibus is enabled by default on en_US.utf8 and hr_HR.utf8 locales. This is a problem since ibus uses Ctrl+Space global keyboard shortcut. This is a big change from 13.10, where ibus was not enabled by default on these locales and Ctrl+Space worked in applications which use it.
Fedora solved this by offering a user first run wizard where one can select key combination or disable layout switching. Could Ubuntu perhaps do something similar?
