Control files for hyperspec still refer to version 6.0.

Whilst looking into bugs #683240 and #683284, I noticed that the "templates" and "config" control files in the package refer to HyperSpec-6-0.tar.gz, instead of to HyperSpec-7-0.tar.gz which is the current version. The postinst script, which actually downloads and installs the file, does use the correct version, but the user guidance as to what file the install script is checking for, for example, is out-of-date.
