link arrow position inconsistent on folders

Bug Description
Binary package hint: humanity-icon-theme
The position of the link arrow is placed at the bottom of the folder icon whereas all other file types have link arrows placed above(top right) their icons.
Screenshot attached. (cdrom folder has link arrow at bottom, notice others are above the icons)

Yes , that change for the emblem placement on folders is intentional.
All emblems will be placed at the bottom first. It was fixed for Bug #455879
Unfortunately, there is no way to mention or force the symlink arrow alone to not follow that.
