Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LTS with all updates
2. Install HPLIP into it with `sudo apt install hplip-gui`
3. Log out.

Expected results:
* HPLIP shows hp-systray icon and its fully functional

Actual results:
* HPLIP shows hp-systrat icon but it is non-functional (see screenshot)

Same problem here - the hplip version is 3.17.10+repack0-5,m btw. (not exactly recent, it could really use an SRU to the latest upstream release).

To fix the menu display we need to launch hplip with help of DBus (as in [DropBox case](https://askubuntu.com/a/1065718/66509)) by creating and editing this file:

    killall hp-systray
    rm ~/.hplip/hp-systray.lock
    mkdir -p ~/.config/autostart/
    cp /etc/xdg/autostart/hplip-systray.desktop ~/.config/autostart/
    sed -i "s/hp-systray -x/dbus-launch hp-systray -x/" ~/.config/autostart/hplip-systray.desktop

and then reboot and enjoy

Only HPLIP have problems with showing icon.
Other apps as RedShift and Solaar do not have such a problem on upcoming Ubuntu MATE 19.10.
