Bug Description

I have a hp-photsmart C4580. I set up this printer with hp-setup and the printer and scanner work.
But the hp-systray is visible, but not clickable with the mouse.

I bought a new Laptop: MSI GL72M 7REX, and got the same Problem.

Problem appeared after upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04
