For some reason, /var/run/havp didn't exist during the postinst:

Configurando havp (0.91-1.2ubuntu1) ...
chown: no se puede acceder a «/var/run/havp»: No existe el fichero o el directorio

I would suggest saving the havp config files (if you changed anything in /etc/havp/), then purging the havp package and reinstalling it.
