Bug Description
Binary package hint: gwibber
Gwibber is unusable because the language for the Authorization is in German. I am an American in Germany and can not understand German very well. But this problem is true of any user in a different region than there "Locale" settings.
There is no place on the Gwibber Authorization for Facebook page to change the Language and "Locale" is not being detected.
