Bug Description
Binary package hint: gwibber
The labels used to compose the "Add new" [ComboBox v] "account" are bad for l10n. The exact word placement can change from language to language, leading to syntactically wrong phrases. For example, in Italian language, the proper phrase is "Aggiungi nuovo account" [ComboBox v] and a similar placement should occur in Spanish or French.
Do not split in two different translatable sting a single phrase is a basic rule for l10n.
I suggest to change the UI to something like: "Add new account for:" [ComboBox v]
PS also note that you are missing the mnemonic for the ComboBox, a request from GNOME HIG and a need for a11y

A little OT comment. This isn't the first time a l10n issue is marked as "low". Just for curiosity: why not medium instead? Isn't proper localization important?
