"Connect to Server..." cannot connect to secure WebDAV

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

"Places->Connect to Server...->Secure WebDAV" displays "Cannot open location. Not a WebDAV enabled share" after completing username, password, URL etc and clicking "connect". I can connect to that location from WebDAV with the same credentials from other computers.
