Binary package hint: gtkterm

I saw this morning that gtkterm is taking about 650MB of RAM, it was running about one week and data arrives about 50o per minutes always.

this is not restricted to amd64, i have the same problem (even worse) on x86.

gtkterm version 0.99.5

after maybe 3 or 4 hours of i/o it arrives to more than 1.5 Gb of memory used
