It would be great if you will add syntax highlighting for asm files. Both for AT&T syntax and for Intel syntax.

NASM lang file for GTKSourceView Edit (23.4 KiB, text/html)

I've found one here http://callumscode.com/blog.php?id=2.
So you don't have to wait until developers do that. You can do it yourself ;]

Put it inside /usr/share/gtksourceview-2.0/language-specs/
