Bug Description
First of all, sorry for the name, I don't know how to explain this bug so I'll write steps to reproduce it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new document in Scratch.
2. Press Ctrl + S.
3. Navigate to some sub-directory located in your home directory.
4. Try to go up in a directory tree by using location-thing in the header of the save dialog.
As you can see, you will go back, but the header location-thing will not update automatically.
