Scrollbar buttons do not appear in Thunderbird on Kubuntu with gtk2-engines-oxygen 1.2.2-0ubuntu1.1.

Solve it by removing overlay-scrollbar package:
sudo apt-get remove overlay-scrollbar liboverlay-
