Bug Description
Installing software in the Ubuntu Software Manager is near maxing out 2 cpu's for example During install of recordmydesktop everything else loads very laggy and the install is still trying to install the program for half an hour now cant be right.
Both cpus reach to 98% and unity and other things like the browser become unresponsive.
