Bug Description
I don't know what underlying mechanics are targeted by xfconf's xsettings/
To reproduce:
On an XFCE system like Xubuntu, use xfce4-settings-
Expected Result:
The background color of the GTK 3 window has changed, and thus GTK 3 applications match GTK 2 applications.
What Happens Instead:
The ColorScheme property is ignored and the applications don't match.
