Accepted gstreamer-vaapi into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gstreamer-vaapi/1.8.2-1~ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

The vaapi plugin shows
Depends: libgstreamer-plugins-bad1.0-0(>=1.8.1)
Depends: libgstreamer-plugins-bad1.0-0(<1.8.2)
So that's not going to work out so well..

That is not a verification failed - britney will tell us this. vaapi simply needs to be rebuilt.

works fine here, I've been using on my main box, listening to music, watching videos, etc
