Thank you for reporting this bug. I am not able to reproduce this and I am not aware of what video player you used to play it. The video played fine with totem and if i recall correctly the plugin for gstreamer that handles this codec is in the gstreamer0. 10-ffmpeg package. Please install that package and see if you still have this bug.
