Bug Description
Tried to install Karmic using the daily alternate amd64 image from 2009-08-29, on an nvidia fakeraid array.
(I had issues with grub using the alpha 4 image)
Packages versions :
grub-pc 1.96+20090826-
grub-installer 1.40ubuntu2
When grub-installer launches, it only gives the choice to install on the raw array elements (ie /dev/sda and /dev/sdb) instead of the array itself (/dev/mapper/
I cancelled the installation so as not to mess up the array.

Is this bug still a problem in beta? I do not see any comments upstream that would indicate it has been fixed...
