Bug Description
Binary package hint: gpsdrive
It seems to me (by sniffing gpsd-communication) that gpsd has changed its command-language, so that gpsmon switch it into raw mode by using "?WATCH={"raw":2}". Gpsdrive just send an "R", and nothing happens.
It seems gpsdrive need to be updated to support the new format.

Also experiencing this. Installed on a new Ubuntu 10.04 netbook install. Xgps is giving me a position and GpsDrive is telling me "no gps".
According to a post on Old Nabble "xgps shows position, but gpsdrive says "no GPS"" the GpsDrive 2.11 should work with the new format for Gpsd.
