Bug Description
Whenever one imports CSV data (e.g. Paypal history) , the datafile becomes corrupt and cannot be reopened.
To reproduce the bug, simply import some CSV accounts data. Close GnuCash and try to reopen it. The splash screen will hang at "Loading user data"
Earlier versions of GnuCash were fine. Problem seems to have started with 2.4.7
GnuCash:
Installed: 1:2.4.7-1
Candidate: 1:2.4.7-1
Version table:
*** 1:2.4.7-1 0
Ubuntu 11.10
This is actually quite a serious bug because years worth of accounts can potentially be destroyed.

Here's a tab-delimited text file exported from my PayPal account. It seems to import fine. But when you save your accounts then restart GnuCash, the user datafile will not load.
I'm sure I don't need to say this but PLEASE only use the attached file on a dummy set of accounts. I'd hate anyone to corrupt their real accounts!
Best wishes, G.
