Finnish spell checking does not work in Gnome applications

Bug Description
1. Description: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Release: 20.04
2. Gnote, Text Editor, probably other Gnome apps but not LibreOffice or Abiword.
3. I except to see only misspelled words underlined in red.
4. Every Finnish word is underlined in red, correctly spelled or not. English spell checking works correctly in Gnome. Finnish spell checking works correctly in LibreOffice and Abiword. Only Gnome apps seem affected.
This bug occurs on two computers, one with a clean install of the 20.04, and the other one was upgraded from 18.04. Also, the bug occurs regardless Finnish is the system language or not.
