Bug Description
When using a keycombination such as:
Alt-PrtScrn-s
it is possible to cause a temporary Denial of Service on the machine as the gnome-screenshot utility is launched at a rate of $keyboard_
Ideally, this should be rate-limited to a maximum of two of the same key-action per second, or restrict sprawning further actions of the same type until the first one has completed loading.

I confirm this bug using dapper 20060530 and gnome-utils 2.14.0-0ubuntu5.
Steps to reproduce:
Keep PrtScrn or Alt+PrtScrn pressed, a lot of gnome-screenshot windows will show up depending on how long you pressed PrtScrn.
Suggested solution:
Only launch gnome-screenshot after releasing PrtScrn or Alt+PrtScrn not while pressing it.
