the package "gnome-tweaks" is unable to install on ubuntu LTS 20.04.3

as mentioned in the title the package gnome-tweaks is unable to install on ubuntu LTS 20.04.3 several other users have experienced the same issue, trying to install it throws a broken package error. i have tried and tested it on a fresh install as well and i am sure that my system does not have a broken package oddly enough when ran `apt depends gnome-tweaks` it does not show the version number for ""gnome-shell-extension-prefs""
