Bug Description
I enabled the compose key (Right Alt) option in gnome-tweaks it worked fine, after a restart it was not working, I went again to the gnome-tweaks, it was disabled, I tried to re-enable it but it was not working either, then I decided to disable it and search for another solution, after being disabled it started to work. Now, the compose key works when its option is disabled in the gnome-tweaks app and does not work when its option is enabled.
