Please take a stand on "screen: Use clean env when creating new tab"

Bug Description

In gnome-terminal 3.49.92-2ubuntu1 d/p/screen-Use-clean-env-when-creating-new-tab.patch is disabled since the code is applied upstream in 3.49.92. However, upstream hesitates and has now reverted the code in question. Please see this commit message:

Lets discuss the behaviour we want, but we don't see this as an interim release blocker.
