Bug Description
In Feisty:
Even when using the same font (Monospace 11) in gedit and Terminal, their fonts do not look the same.
It turns out they do not interpret the settings from Font Preferences > Details > Hinting in the same way:
Terminal shows no difference between Slight and Medium
gedit shows no difference between Medium and Full
After setting Slight and going back to Font Preferences all Font Rendering's options are checked and thus it is impossible to choose just one.
