Bug Description

[ubuntu/debian specific feature request]
URLs such as http://foo are underlined when hovered and ctrl+clickable to open.
It'd would be nice to recognize apt:foo or at least apt://foo, so READMEs, outputs of commands like "apt-cache search" etc. could privide ctrl+clickable links to packages.

[upstream feature request, which would include the above]
More generally, gnome-terminal should highlight any URL scheme supported on the system (specifically by epiphany).
I guess the canonical place to check is gconf /schemas/desktop/gnome/url-handlers

Not sure if bare "scheme:foo" should be supported or only "sheme://foo" which have less false positive.
But since the behavior is unobtrusive (only highlighted when hovered), I think both.
